start with Zero this is the 1st season (even though the airing is after Stay/night)
the watch Stay/Night
Unlimited blade works is similiar to Stay/Night, just with different ending (Rin is the main Female Protagonist here)… Like some Visual Novel game that has different route, this anime is based on Visual Novel..
Prototype is another OVA, with a female character as a protagonist..
so basically just watch Zero then Stay/Night (completed)
then UBW for different ending..
Prototype is just some kind of OVA, doesn’t matter if u watch it or not…
UBW is the best route for me though, because Rin is my favourite LOL

It is better to play Fate/Stay Night Visual Novel one first, because it explains better the story better than the two FSN adaptation. Then, you can watch Fate/Zero.
