I had the same question =)) But atleast you know that the file is BD tho.
Pro refer to quality like HD/SD, most likely Pro is HD version and dey not makin SD one,
maybe it stand for proper release which is actually BD version. Some site use the term proper release for fansubs release such as FFF,Commie etc.(but not HS)

this site is a collection of re-encoded anime
re-encoded videos are compressed, removing unnecessary things, they also change the sound quality but still they remain the quality of video.
you can search how videos are re-encoded.
