is lelouch gonna make an appearance again? i remember on the last part of the movie he changed his nick to LL and became an immortal alongside with CC to travel the world
is this a sequel or stand alone story?
i never watch code geass befor, can i understand the story if i watch this one without the others?
From MAL, they say it is a sequel, set 7 years after resurrection (the fourth remake movie). some say you don't need to watch the prequel some say you need. it still one episode, lets wait till at least 3 episode.
It's technically a sequel. You will need at least an idea of what happened in the previous series to know the current events. By the way, what you need is to watch the Trilogy Film, including Resurrection of Zero, rather than the TV series.
To explain why, the TV series is the original and by any means is related, and not related to the current Code Geass. The Trilogy film is akin to an Alternate Universe or Route. Some events have changed to continously fit the Code Geass franchise lore like Akito and Roze to introduce new audience to the franchise and see if it's marketable for the future.
